I've got a Word merge document that's fairly lengthy. Some fields are merge, some are fill-in, but the prompts and the 'Hints' are popping up behind the document. It's a document I inherited and I don't have much experience with merge docs or prompts, but is there a way to force the prompt to the front? Thanks!

Word Document w/Help Prompts

That depends on how the prompts and hints are being generated and how the mailmerge is being run. Some more details about these aspects would be helpful. For example, is the merge being driven by a macro? Are the fill-ins, prompts and 'Hints' part of the macro code (e.g. Message Boxes, Input Boxes), or are they produced some other way (e.g. ASK fields, FILLIN fields)?
