Word Doc with text input automatically from Database

On my Access Database, whilst in a Form, I have created a Command Button that opens a specific Word Document. When that Word Doc opens I want information from the text fields in the Form to appear automatically in the Word Doc. I have used Fields before for various Word Doc templates I use. Am I able to amend my Word Doc, insert Fields in order that, when opened, the Word Doc automatically searches for and inputs the text from the Database?

This could save lots of time so any help is very much appreciated.
