I have a Word document that contains some check boxes. When I save the document and open it up again, it opens up in design mode. I can't find a way to have the document so when a user opens it up, it is already in run time mode so they can just tick the boxes without having to find the VB toolbar and unselect design mode!

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Nora

If you mean checkboxes from the toolbox - probably you have macro protection set to high. In this case macros are disabled without warning. If so, change the level to medium.
This can be checked via Tools>Macro>Protection.

That's exactly what I was trying to get at! Thanks for that, it worked a treat.
