Word Can't send Attachments

In word XP, using OE, I cannot use mail recipient (as attachment) because it is greyed out. I NEED HELP!

Sorry for the misunderstanding, but my problem isn't with watermarks it is when I go to send a document file to sendto to mail recipient (as attachment), mail recipient (as attachment) is greyed out unaccessable.
