Good Morning!~
I am working on a client driven procedure template.
Each action in the procedure has to have a sign-off so the page looks like this:
TIME
Start Stop Initials
_____/_____ ________ 1. Action
_____/_____ ________ a. Subaction
I have tried this 2 ways:
- Created an autotext base on my 1. style which works, but does not allow me to use a outline number, as it puts it at the beginning of the line:
1. ____/____ ______ Action
- Created a macro using the field AutoNum and based that on 1. style which works giving me:
____/____ ______ 1. Action
BUT when I use the a. style for the second line I get:
____/____ ______ b. Subaction
As I can see it there is no way to tell it not continue numbering.
The only alternative I can come up with is to use a table, which has numorous other issues that makes it not a viable answer.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated!~
Have a WONDERFULLY FABULOUS day!~
