I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, or if anyone can point me in the right direction
I want to be able to create a word document template (2007 preferred to 2003) and then in an asp.net web page be able to change selected text with data from the sql 2005.
I have googled and have created one that works, but it needs office installed on the server, and only allows 1 document to be created at once.
I dont want to install extra software onto the server, or ideally have to spend loads to get this done as it will be sold in a product.
anyone suggest a way to do this? i think i want to get the data into an xml file, and then insert into the word document, and then save to a folder. just cant work it out and spent months on this.
