Does anyone know if you can change the color of the shadow in one of the word art fonts in Powerpoint?

If so, how. I can't figure out how to change the shadow image of the word. I can change the foreground word okay, but not the one in the back.

Thanks
Sharon

You didn't state what version of PowerPoint or which Wordart image. So:
Select a Wordart image without any "background".
Copy/Paste it. If need be, move the second image.
Right click the FIRST image and select Format WordArt. Under Line, select "No Line".
Under Fill, select your color. Check SemiTransparent.
Move the second image over the first to a position which will make it look like a shadow.

Hi,
You can change the shadow color in Word Art by clicking the Shadow Styple icon on the Drawing Toolbar and selecting Shadow Settings, just as you would change the shadow of any drawing object. You change the color and dimensions of the shadow using that tool.
Hope that helps!

Best,
