word application

Ok people,
I have all the options at my fingertips for printing documents from word or excel. Everything is working... except.... I can't find anywhere how to direct the output to a certain tray and/or staple the printout. Are those 2 options hiding somewhere or am I out of luck.
I am going to a Ricoh copier. I got the input coming from the correct tray using firstpagetray and otherpagetray but I have gone through every other option to no avail. If I can't get this, I am back to square 1.
