word and excel docs missing data when sent by e-mail

All of a sudden there is one company who is sending word and excel attachments to us and they're coming through blank/empty and the fize size is extremely small.. like 60-90 bytes. There were no problems with this until just recently. I have run no updates on my end. We run citrix presentation server 4.0 with exchange 2003. Any ideas?
