Word and Excel docs missing data when sent by e-mail

All of a sudden there is one company who is sending word and excel attachemnts to us and they're coming through blank/empty and the fize size is extremely small.. like 60-90 bytes. There were no problems with this until just recently. I have run no updates on my end. We run citrix presentation server 4.0 with exchange 2003. Any ideas?

Is it possible they are using Excel Forms, and not saving them prior to sending? They have a tendency to send only the blank form instead of the completed data.

Problem solved. They changed their e-mail system to domino e-mail management organizer (DEMO). I'm not all that familiar with that but they changed the format from HTML to plain text and now they come through fine.
