You haven't said if you are starting a new doc via File...New Document or the taskbar button. Assuming you're using the File menu (since the New button always results in a default blank document), you say the wizards are 'in system'. You need to check the path to File Locations in the Options. In addition to being there, Word needs to know where they are. [sig][/sig]
