Word 97 + Fax + Outlook Address List

I am running Windows 98. I have a problem with Microsoft Fax, Word 97 and Outlook Address Lists.

I create a document in Word, print to fax, try to select my contacts from the address book and they are not there.

I have uninstalled Word, Outlook and Fax and re-installed no joy.

I have other PCs on the network with the same configuration which work perfectly.

Has anyone an ideas as I have run out.
