Word 97 Fatal Exception

We have 10 pc's running windows 95/Office 97. All users in this group have the work templates on the network. 2 users are getting Fatal Exception errors when they click the templates. File-->New--->"Template of Choice"

When i log in as Admin to their machines i am able to get all the templates with out a problem, it is only when these users are trying under their own login.

We run Novell client 3.12 to access the network

What is the exact message/error description these users get?

Do these users load their own normal.dot or other global template that others don't load? Does the same problem arise when they start Word with the /a switch?

IS
