Word 97 envelope printing problem

I set the printer for #10 envelope and the address comes out in the center of an 81/2x11 sheet. I was wondering why the envelope would to through and no address would be printed, thus I stuck a sheet into the printer and it looks like it would fit a 6x8 envelope.

Did you check your feed setting? You might have printed "off" the envelope depending on how you've got this configured. (Double click the feed image to access the settings.)
