Probably an easy one but i have an address field that is stored in a text file that is over several lines, for example;

The Elms
20 Blar Street
Dudly
2QQ QQ1

This is all one field in the file, when i do my mail merge the adress does display correctly over multiple lines but has " at the start and end. My question is what can i do to strip the first and last character so that the " don't appear.
