Hello,

I have over 600 Word documents to which I need to add a table as the next to last object in the document (just before the
footer). The Word documents vary greatly in size, object content (paragraphs, headers, footers, tables, comments, hyperlinks, etc), and layout. Although I think I know how to add the table; I have been unable to correctly set my Range object (Start=: and End=:) so that the table insertion goes where I want it.

Can anyone please help?

Thank you.

Try something along the lines of:
Set TblRng = ActiveDocument.Characters.Last
Headers, etc are of no consequence in this regard.

Cheers
