Hi All;

It's been a while. I have a question about form pull down menus in Word 2010.

Scope:
- To create a pull down menu with a short description name
- To have the name automatically insert a comment that relates to the short name description

Example:

Pull Down Box Options -
Bob
Frank
Steve

Returned Values -
Bob (selection) = Bob is a nice guy (returned value)
Frank (selection = Frank is a slacker (returned value)
Steve (selection) = Steve has big feet (returned value)

I can create the pull down form fron the Developers tab and inserting it in.
I can add the name and value

When I select the name, the value is not returned. The only thing that is returned is the name.

What am I not doing to make this work as expected?

Thank you for the assistance,

Mike
