Word 2010 - field codes

Hi. I have a document that I want to have populated with the user's initials that is opening the document. I have entered a field using Insert - Quick Parts - Field - UserInitials- lowercase. The problem I am having is that when another user opens the document, it is my initials that appear, not theirs. How do I get the document to automatically show their initials when they open the document?

You could possibly run a macro when the doc opens to update fields.
