Word 2010 - customising the ribbon - dropdown menus 1

Hello

I have my own customised ribbon called "my stuff" and I keep shortcuts and macros to various things I use regularly.

However, I've got quite a lot now and some of them could do with being grouped into a dropdown menu. I cannot find where to insert a drop down menu - I'm sure I could do this is old versions (before the ribbons).

Can anyone help?
