Word 2007 1

I have a large Word 2007 document which has had a lot of cutting and pasting over a long period.

I am stuck with headers and sections everwhere...

In word 2007 how can i permanently delete all these headers and sections.


Really appreciate some help.

Hi,

The FIND dialog has tokens for section. Find and Replace with nothing, for instance, and you will only have ONE STET of header/footer.

Never thought of using Find and Replace.... there is certainly a LOT of options in the Special Area...Its good to know these options are there..

I feel a little embarased that i did not look there !!!!!
