Word 2007 PDF Plugin Bookmark Chapter Number not converted

I installed the Word 2007 PDF plugin to convert my documents which have a lot of Word ToC (Table of Contents). When it converts the word document to pdf, I see just the Title/Section Names in the PDF Bookmarks, not the Chapter or Sections Numbers.
For ex. If a chapter is 3.2.1 Miscellaneous Items, then in the pdf it just shows as "Miscellaneous Items" and not "3.2.1 Miscellaneous Items". Is there a way to configure the pdf plugin to convert the chapter number also.
