Word 2007 Options

In previous versions there was the ability to work with Word with a blue background and white font, reducing eye strain. (When it printed, the page woul print normally) How do you activate this option in Word 2007?

From what I understand that option has been removed in 2007 but you can pick and choose colors in layout to create the same effect.

The only problem is those colors stay with the document; Boo for us color blind folks who thought it was a nice option.
