I have a problem that just popped up out of the blue. We have users still running office 2003 and they are attempting to run a mail merge from word 2003 with an excel file. They can perform the merge but if the click on the mail merge recipients the EDIT button is greyed out. They have been able to perform this action with no problems up till today. Users who have office 2007 can edit the mail merge recipients with no problems. The files are saved as .doc and .xls so both version can access them. Any ideas?
