I created a document today in Word 2003 and noticed it was not formatted correctly. My page is nearly square in shape. I looked at most of the Page Setup settings and could not find anything out of the ordinary. I looked at some of my older documents, and they are formatted correctly.

I also did a "detect and repair" but Word opened again in the nearly square format. I am mystified by this as I am a long time user of Office Suite.

Any suggestions? Thanks,

Daniel

Have you changed the printer driver recently?

OOPS! I noticed a little tool called Hide White Space when I approached the border of the page. Never noticed that before in all the years I have used Office. I clicked it, and my normal page size returned.

Thanks.

Daniel

Ah, you meant it looked like it is different, not that it was actually different.

Hide White Space has been around since version 2002 (XP).

Yep, found it by accident. Have never noticed it before.
