Word 2003: Option to show recently opened documents disabled

Hi

One of my colleagues asked me how she could see a list of recent documents in her 'File'-menu. I looked in the options window and the option to show recent documents is disabled. I checked my word and it's also disabled. How do I enable this back?

I can't imagine why but, as you both have the problem, this could have been done with a Policy. Check with your system administrators to see if they've done anything.
