Word 2003 Groupwise issue

I have an issue with a machine running Word 2003. When you click on the Open icon on the toolbar or go to File | Open or press Ctrl and O, I get the following error message :

""GroupWise ODMA Integration

Unable to load the resource library. Exit the current application, install the resource library and restart your application."

Have checked addins, safe mode, /a switch, installed programs and even Detect and Repair but I still have the error. Does anyone have any ideas to this issue?

Yeh I have tried the Novell KB but found nothing useful here. There was mention of checking the GWAPPINT.inf file and making changes to the number of integrations but this had no affect.

Any ideas?
