Hello

I get the following error message when i start word. I used to use a software called dragonspeak which i uinstalled from my system but still keep on getting the error message.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you

c:\documents and settings\application data\microsoft\addins\d:\programfiles\dragon\naturallyspeaking\program\dgnword.dll'is not a valid office add-in

You still have an AddIn - maybe at machine level - look in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Word\AddIns for any remains of dragonspeak; if present, delete them.

Enjoy,
Tony

You were right on the money, there was a subtree for Dragonspeak under Addins. I deleted the tree and the error has gone away.

Thank you very much. This indeed was quite an annoyance for the past few weeks.

Regards

U.
