Word 2003 Bullets Crashes Word 1

clicking on the Bullet toolbar causes Word to crash.
i have un-installed and re-installed Office COMPLETELY and it still does it.

any suggestions?

Does it happen with another user on the same computer? If not then it could be that there is a corruption in your user profile.

Alternatively, it could be a corrupt normal.dot template. Try deleting (or renaming for testing purposes) ALL instances of normal.dot.

normal.dot was missing

copied it from another pc and viola!
