Word 2003 attatchment losses formatting

Hello,

First post so I hope it's a good one.
I have a user that is sending an attatchment of a Microsoft Word 2003 document. The doc has formatting for printing labels. When the receiver gets the doc the formatting is missing. When sent to me the formatting is there. I've checked all the settings that come to mind and they are the same on all 3 pc's. In fact these are Ghosted images so I know they are the same.
We have Notes 6.5.2, WIndows XP SP2 and Office 2003.
Any insight would be appreciated.

I figured out our problem....I'm an idiot.
In Word 2003 on the toolbar under <Table> there is a <Hide Gridlines> setting. Unchecked it BANG formatting restored!
