Word 2002 Reg. Key

I lost XP to a virus.I reistalled using the backups i got when I bought my computer[gateway300].Unfortunately I didn't keep the original cd case.I'm new to computing and didn't know how important those numbers were.Word 2002 wants the Key but I don't have it. Thanks

can only suggest you take the original cd back to the place of purchase, explain what you have stated here and see if they can help you there.

If you don't have a proof of purchase or a store receipt there is mot much to do other than purchase a new copy.
Usually the store receipt will have a product number and serial number, however, that depends on the store.

If the application came installed on the Gateway, it's probably a Gateway OEM version. Try Gateway Support if that's the case.
