one of my users has an issue where when she try's to insert a Symbol into a document (using Insert > symbol) it crashes. Then asks to send an error report and recover's the document.
I have tryed a few things repairing word, repairing office, reinstalling word and then office, trying different profiles. All with no luck. Has anyone ever come across this problem before.
We have a sutible work around in-place but ultimatly we would like this issue resolved?
