I am using Word 2000. I am unable to print documents ("Forms") that I have previously protected. I protected the forms so that I could enter the data in the created fields. I am unable to print the filled-in forms in the protective mode. If I unprotect it, I was able to print. Of course, this is not feasible since if I re-protect to update possible data entry error, the form becomes blank.

I was able to print protected documents on another computer. I also created different "protected" documents (forms) on my computer with the same result. I re-installed Office 2000, which did not help. Someone suggested renaming normal.dot, which also did not help.

I would appreciate any suggestions that anyone may have. Thank you.
