We'd like to have Word documents (quotations) that have pricing in them using the "link" function in Word and link them to Excel spreadsheets. What is the best and easiest way to accomplish this? Also, we would need it to allow us to automatically update pricing in Excel spreadsheet.

Thanks for your assistance

Copy the cell from Excel. Go to Word, hit Edit-Paste special-Paste link, and choose Excel worksheet object. You'll have to double-click it to have it change the worksheet. And you'll have to save the worksheet, then click on the document to close out of the *excel object*.
