We have an issue with Microsoft Word 2000 when it prints to a DYMO Twin Turbo label printer the text is blurry and unreadable. This only applies for 2 machines the other 8 work just fine. The printer is on a netgear ps121 print server and all settings are the same throughout I am completely stumped. Can anyone think why this is happening?

Hi,

I would not think that this is an MS Office issue. Rather a PRINTER issue.

Check out some other forum.

Skip,

[glasses]Just traded in my old subtlety...
for a NUANCE![tongue]

I agree with Skip... sounds like a printer issue. does anything print clear, or just the lables from Word 2000?

I have a Dymo Twin Turbo but (1) it's installed locally and (2) I do all of my layout in the Dymo software, not Word.

I do not think this is a Word issue. These printers are thermal printers. It could be old label stock or something wrong with the printer itself.

Does this happen on both sides?

We have about 12 machines using the same method, 10 work fine just these 2 that don't which led me to believe it must be Word and not the printer?
