I have a template in WORD 2000 (letterhead/text in text boxes). When one of my users on the network prints it to the hp5si printer it prints fine. When they send the exact document to the HP4si printer it chops off text on the right side (cuts the last letter of each line off on the right). It doesn't make sense to change the margin - because now it will be off on the first printer(4si).
Are the drivers different,Should I switch on all 50 computers and then which driver is better? The 4si is a little older - ?? Thanks

Thanks

The drivers are different. We ran into the same situation here - changed all drivers to the most current hp5lpj.

I would recommend you change the driver on one machine to test it, if it corrects the problem, update the driver an all machines.

It seems to be a problem with all ms programs and many other word processing programs. If the driver is different from one machine to the next, the results will be different. It is always best to have the same driver installed on all machines to eliminate the problem.

Hope this helped.
