Word 2000 Closes Down When Certain Text Typed

A user running Word 2000 has done something to her Word setup so that when she types in the first 3 letters of her name, Word closes down. I guess she's somehow put a shortcut in to alt+f4 but I can't find out how or where it is to remove it.

Has anyone had a similar experience and if so, what's the solution?

Yep. Sounds like a corrupt autotext or autocorrect entry.
