Word 2000 address label problem

Hi everyone ...
After years of using the Envelope and Label maker in Word2000 with Windows 98SE, a problem started today.
Using Avery 8460 labels.
I enter Name
Address
City then ,(comma)
The label screen disappears and returns to a regular Word Doc. screen. I tried deleting the Normal.Dot file but still same problem. Also reinstalled all of Office.
Any Ideas??

I am using xp with word2000 so I dont think I can help you with the format problem, but I might be able to give you a cheaters fix until you resolve it. What type of database are you using? Most of mine are in excel, If thats the case I would use CONCANTENATE and merge the "," with the cell containing "city" in the spreadsheet.
