Word 2000 add-in problem.....

Whenever I launch Word 2000, I get a message that says "Word could not load this add-in program. (C:\PROGRAM FILES\...\EZPWLL16.WLL)"

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2000 Small Business, to no avail. I also tried Office Premium, and same thing, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. What do I do?

EZ-Photo and Word don't always seem to get along.
MS gives a workaround in Q224727 in the Knowledge Base.
