I,ve created a file in Word 2000, and have inserted hyperlinks (as bookmarks) that relate to this document only i.e. no external links.
When a user opens this file in Word 2003 the hyperlinks are not active.
Is this a general version glich ??
Any help would be appreciated

Hi Llwynog,

It may be that the hyperlinks are looking for the destinations according to the filename and path they had when you created them - not what they've got when the other user opens them.

The usual way of linking to other parts of the same document is via cross-referencing, rather than hyperlinking. Cross-referencing won't have the path issues.

Cheers
