Won't unlock mailbox

Arcserve 2k will not unlock my ADIC Scalar100 Mailbox.
Arcserve is SP4, Windows is SP3.

I had just installed the latest hardware fixpack (QO31854.CAZ), when this problem began. Is there anyway to uninstall it?
