Won't print from Outlook 2000

I have a system that will not print an attachment directly opened from Outlook. If it is saved on a hard drive then printed it will print. I am getting nothing from directly opened attachment, no error, no printout. I do get the window that says there is something being sent to the printer but that goes away and there is nothing.
Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
