wont open direct pix

I am having problems with my apache webserver on a linux system (i dont know much about linux, im using Cpanel to administrate my server)

the problem is as follows.

im trying to import a pic into flash, the pic is
proj/overzicht/ontw/proj1_t.jpg
it wont import into flash tho,

if i go directly to my image online

http://www.beinspired.biz/members/proj/overzicht/ontw/proj1_t.jpg

it shows: "Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /members/proj/overzicht/ontw/proj1_t.jpg on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."


but if i go to 1 dir up:

http://www.beinspired.biz/members/proj/overzicht/ontw/

and then click on the "proj1_t.jpg" link
it works fine!!

how can i get the first link to also work? (im assuming
thats why flash cant import the pic)

any help much apreciated!
