won't install on W2K server

I am trying to roll out the Mcafee software from the management console, all machines are succesfull except a W2K Server laptop that one of guys uses, I have checked that the admin share (admin$) is on there and it is.

When I fire off the install from the management console it looks successful but it does not install on the W2K Server.

Any ideas why?

Check right of your predefined account in the ME, check also the local policy for the w2k machine
