Wont hold Perosnal Setting on 2k Server

Pls Help one of my users has started having a problem holding personal settings , every time they log off or shut down , then log back on everything is gone under their settings , email , printers, internet access the Lot.

Please help

NO the Profiles are local only

Please check the profile dir. is there a file called ntuser.dat or one named ntuser.man?
