Experiencing a strange problem when logged onto WinXP as non-administrator.
In MSIE, clicking links (and forms) doesn't do anything, but typing a URL into the address bar does request & display pages correctly.
The same software works fine when logged on as adminstrator. The following have checked and ruled out as cause/solution:
1. Content Advisor (disabled)
2. Restricted Sites (none)
3. Alternative products (i.e FireFox)
4. Temp Internet Files (OK)
5. Internet Security (medium)
Desperate for ideas. I emphasise that the problem only manifests itself when not logged on as admin. Please post suggestions
