I have an end user that has a thin client machine connecting to a Citrix Metaframe. He also has Crystal for Blackbaud installed on his machine.
When he tries to bring up a report - it never previews the report - only shows a blank screen where the report should be. Is having two different versions of crystal causing the issues? We have 200+ users on this system and he is the only one that can not print correctly (also the only one with Blackbaud and going thru a citrix server). I've talked to numerous people - thought it was maybe the citrix server causing the problem but that doesn't seem to be an issue. Please Help
