Hi we had a system go down and upon boot get "No such file or directory while trying to open /dev/VolGroup01/Logvol00" well this VolGroup01 doesn't exist. I believe we only have VolGroup00. What can we do to fix do you think? I can't seem to boot computer in wr, just read only.

Well it's fixed. For some reason the machine during its crash decided to rename its VolGroup from VolGroup01 to VolGroup00 in the fstab. I simply renamed it to what it was expecting and it boots again. I've seen similar behavior with Solaris machines but has anyone seen this happen with Redhat? anwyay thanks!
