Wont accept mail.

Having trouble with our exchange server. No problem sending mail to an outbound adress but it wount accept inboud messages. Have an mx-record that point to the server (whit ip-adress), have set route inbound on the domain. When I send from my hotmail account it bounces and say "5.0.0". Also in the bounce message i can see our servers ip-nr so it looks like it finds it.

Anyone having an idea what is wrong.

Telnet to the Exchange server and try to send in an email that way. It rules out many problems.
