WOA 5.5 AND WIN2000

HI

I have Exchange 5.5 running on a 2000 server. I want to install WOA but keep getting the following error.

"setup had detected that you are not running a set of NT related fixes required for Outlook Web Access. Please see the release notes for futher instruction.
Microsoft exchange server setup
id no. c1037997"

This looks fairly common and i have found all the MS pages advising me to copy the I386 diectory to the local drive and rename the svrmax.exe file. I have done this and i am getting the same problem.

Does anyone have any other idea's / fixes
