Wndows Explorer always launching when booting - Win 2000

Hi
For some weird reason I am always getting a Windows Explorer windows launching and always c:\windows\system32 when I boot. This is more than a little frustrating. How can I find out what is causing this - I have checked the startup so I think it is in the Regisrty somewhere.
